With the purpose of providing educational and rehabilitation services for children and people with disabilities, Care Development Centre (CDC) managed by Care Society was established in 2001.

Care Development Centre was established to provide a range of services to persons with disabilities, with the main objectives being: facilitating and providing rehabilitation, inclusive and special education based on individual requirements. Care Society also provides: home based programs and advocacy services, to people with disabilities. CDC is a well trusted institution among parents for its service delivery.
